This Dear Deer was inspired by an artwork I made a few years ago - I love the way the layers work together to create an interesting, quality artwork. Be sure to fill your canvas with details so it contrasts with the solid colours in the body of the deer.
I've always painted and drawn puddings at Christmas time. I am a bit partial to a slice or two of pudding with warm custard at a certain time of year. Two years ago I tried Aldi's pudding with edible gold glitter... OMG. But I digress. If you have a particular decoration that you'd put on a pudding, or a cake stand that's your favourite, be sure to include those details and make this painting your own. :)
