What about COVID-19?

We're really hoping that everything COVID related has settled down by March... but we are being very mindful of possible restrictions.

In order to stay COVID safe, each participant will have a separate bedroom within a 3-bedroom apartment.
The accommodation and restaurant facilities will have COVID Safe plans in place.

We will have hand sanitiser and wipes available at all times.  We ask that you also act responsibly with good handwashing procedures. And of course, we ask that you advise us and reconsider your attendance if you have COVID symptoms.  

If social distancing is still recommended, we will adhere to the requirements.

If state borders are still restricted, each participant affected will be required to make their own plans accordingly.
